What types of exercises are included in the program?

Exercises include: calisthenics, short distance running/walking, body weight
resistance training, strength training, jumping rope, crunches, obstacle courses,
PAR courses, hill running/walking, agility and power drills, sports drills, medicine
ball work, stair climbing, partner drills, and much more.

Circuit Training

What is Circuit Training?

This circuit training is a combination of high-intensity aerobics and
resistance training designed to be easy to follow, give you a great
workout, and target fat loss, muscle building and heart-lung fitness. An
exercise "circuit" is one completion of all prescribed exercises in the
program; the idea being that when one circuit is complete, you start at
the first exercise again for another circuit. Traditionally, the time
between exercises in circuit training is short, often with rapid
movement to the next exercise. My program has only five exercises.

Muscle groups targeted: shoulders, arms, back, legs, butt, abdominals

30 Minute Abs
Monday & Wednesday  12:15pm - 12:45pm

A strong and etched midsection is something anyone strives to achieve
and are the signs of a well trained body. In order for this to be a reality it
is important to challenge the midsection while simultaneously burning
fat. When using a moderate set range (3-4 sets), high reps (15-20), and a
low rest count (15-30 seconds) this can happen.
This program is designed to facilitate muscle growth while increasing
the metabolism.
